Here is a 2015 Scott Solace 20 that I bought new old stock in April 18 for a ride in the Rockies that never materialized. Its a full ultegra build with upgrades from the original parts that I sold.Upgrades include a carbon 3t 42mm ergonova handlebar, bontrager xxx zero setback full carbon seatpost, 6800 ultegra wheelset, specialized power 155mm width titanium rail saddle, thomson seat post clamp, specialized carbon water bottle holder, specialized s-works stem with shims for a least a dozen different height adjustments, shimano 105 spd-sl pedals. Its is a size medium similar to a 54cm. The upgrades alone cost $800. I don't have a scale to weigh the bike, but as is its 16.5lbs or less and with a lighter wheel set can probably weigh 15lb or less. The wheels are tubeless ready and I will include the valves and spoke wrenches. I ran with tubes in. The negatives, I couldn't get the left pedal off and the hex wrench slipped and scratched that sides crank arm, cosmetic only no effect on performance at all.I bought the bike from a bike shop online and was fully aware of a slight scratch in the clearcoat on the top tube that was touched up with nail polish. Again cosmetic only. It was looked at locally and I was told to enjoy the bike there is nothing to worry about. I maybe put 500 miles on this bike this summer as I was looking for a light weight bike to ride in the mountains. The bike is very comfortable and really smooths out the ride. Local pickup is preferred so any buyer can inspect the bike prior to purchase. New in 2015 this bike retailed for $3000 plus it has $800 in upgrades so get it for way less! It is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end at any time. I would be willing to take the bike as is to a bike shop for shipping within 25 mile of 08037 with the buyer making all the arrangements and having the bike shop of choice calling me when to drop off.
I would deduct if certain components were not included
- $100 if original alloy handle bar is swapped no tape included
- $ 50 for saddle
-$50 for pedals if you can take the left one off standard 8mm
